Over Hook Over Hook Designed to hook onto horizontal con-trol rods inside car door, including somethat might be located behind window, etc. Tool can go down, then back up, behind window tohook onto a control rod. Then twisted to make it bind the rod. While binding rod, it is pivoted tomove the control rod. Contact point for some horizontal control rods may be where rod is bentso that its at an angle, not horizontal. Primarly used on GM cars, can also be used on othervehicles, including several foreign cars.
